HEALTH TIP: LOSE WEIGHT

Hello.

We have came up with a fantastic method to help people lose weight healthily and it benefits both parties. REALLY!

So what do you need?
You'll need:

-A over-size friend who wants to be not over-size.
-A good pair of running shoes (preferably one size bigger because matter tends to expand in heat and we guess your feet will probably too.)
-The spirit and willingness to run.




*IMPORTANT*

You must be skinny to carry out this method and please drink lots of water beforehand or you'll shriveled up like some rotten prune.

Everything comes with a risk of course.

*RISK*
You may lose your many many years friendship with your friend so you might want to help someone you are a stranger to or first explain your purpose about this exercise with your friend, then you will have absolutely NOTHING TO LOSE!


METHODS:

#1. Agitate your friend by saying stuffs. (It's entirely up to you if you want the stuff to be insulting or not.)

#2. Do it until your friend gets angry and starts to charge at you like a angry bull who just saw a red hanky being waved at it.

#3. Making sure that your friend is chasing you, RUN! (or get bang) Continue agitating the person.

#4. Repeat this exercise for at least 6 and 3/4 days a week.

#5. Praise each other and give mutual encouragement!!!!!!! GO! GO! GO!
